Create a Listing

Sellers can list eligible pre-loved items and approved new products on Stra. Each listing should include accurate product photos, pricing, item details, and a truthful description of the item's condition.

Complete Verification Where Required

For certain listings, especially casual or second-hand items, Stra may require a 20–30 second live verification video before the product goes live. This helps reduce fake or misleading listings and improves buyer confidence.

Stra Reviews the Listing

Listings may go through AI-assisted checks and human moderation to review quality, consistency, risk signals, and compliance with platform rules. Stra may approve, reject, delay, or remove listings that do not meet platform standards.

Receive an Order

When a buyer places an order, Stra notifies the seller through the platform and begins the next fulfillment step.

Prepare the Item for Pickup

Once the seller confirms the item is ready, Stra may arrange courier pickup and delivery through its approved logistics flow.

Payout After Successful Completion

Stra does not typically release seller payout upfront before the transaction reaches the required completion stage. Once the item is delivered and the order clears the platform's review/dispute timeline, the seller becomes eligible for payout.
Promoting Products on Stra

Sellers can choose to increase visibility for selected products using Stra's optional promotional tools.

Promotions work per product, which means a seller can promote one listing while leaving others as normal listings. Stra may offer visibility plans such as featured placement, boosted discovery, or sponsored listing exposure within the platform.

Sellers may also share their store profile link or product listing link on social media, websites, or other channels to drive traffic to their Stra listings.
