When you find an item you want, check out directly on Stra. Buyers may choose to shop as a guest by providing your delivery details and contact information, or continue through a registered account if available.

Once your order is placed, payment is processed through Stra's approved payment infrastructure. Eligible transactions may be held in a protected settlement or escrow flow until the order reaches the required completion stage.

After the seller confirms the item is ready, Stra coordinates delivery through its logistics process or approved courier flow to move the item from the seller to the buyer.

Once the item arrives, you have a limited 12-hour inspection window to confirm it matches the listing and is in the expected condition. If there is a serious issue covered by Stra's dispute rules, the buyer can raise it within that platform review period.

If the item is delivered successfully and no valid unresolved dispute is raised within the review window, the transaction moves toward completion and the seller becomes eligible for payout.
