We didn't launch with a long list of features we're planning to build. We launched with the infrastructure that matters most; the things that make buying and selling online feel less like a gamble.
Here's what's in the platform from day one.
Video Verification
Every eligible listing on Stra goes through a review process before it goes live. Sellers record a short 20–30 second video of their item. Our team reviews it against the listing description and photos. If it matches, it goes live. If it doesn't, it comes back for correction.
This is not a formality. It's the reason a buyer on Stra can look at a listing and have more confidence in it than they would on a platform where anyone can upload anything.
Escrow Payments
When a buyer pays on Stra, the money doesn't go to the seller upfront. It enters a protected settlement flow, held until the transaction reaches completion. The seller is paid after delivery is confirmed within 24 hours of the rider's handoff.
Platform-Managed Delivery
Buyers and sellers don't need to coordinate logistics. Our riders collect from the seller and deliver to the buyer. No arranging meeting points. No trusting a stranger with your address before you've been paid.
Dispute Resolution
Buyers have a 12-hour inspection window after delivery. If an item doesn't match its listing, Stra reviews the evidence; listing content, delivery records, verification submissions; and takes action. Refunds, returns, payout holds. Whatever the situation requires.

This is version one. We're working on faster listing review turnarounds, expanded categories, and seller tools that make it easier to manage and promote listings. We'll share updates here as they ship.
